Return Process

  1. Initiate a Return:
    Email us at Info@velnanutrition.com with your order number, reason for return, and supporting images (if applicable).

  2. Approval & Instructions:
    Once approved, you will receive the return shipping address and detailed return instructions.

  3. Return Shipping:

    • For defective, damaged, or incorrect items, we will cover the return shipping cost.

    • For other eligible returns, customers must bear the return shipping cost.

  4. Inspection & Refund/Replacement:
    Once the returned product is received and inspected:

    • If approved, a replacement will be dispatched, or

    • A refund will be processed within 5–7 business days via the original payment method.

Order Cancellations

  • Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of purchase or before the product has been shipped, whichever is earlier.

  • If an order is canceled after shipment, applicable return shipping charges may be deducted.
